Change of mind
- A refund may be requested within 7 days for a change of mind, provided the files have not been downloaded.
After download
- After download there is no additional automatic commercial right to a refund.
- Statutory cases, defective files and double payments are always handled.
Statutory rights
- This policy is not an absolute rule and does not remove or reduce any statutory rights or remedies.
Custom orders
- A Custom order is fully refundable before work begins.
- Once work has begun, only the justified creation work already performed is deducted.
- A license that has not been delivered or used is handled on a case-by-case basis.
