Licenses
- Every license is a one-time purchase in USD.
- Licenses are sold by name: MP3, WAV, Stems and Exclusive. Current prices are shown on the Licenses page and at checkout.
- Non-exclusive licenses (MP3, WAV, Stems) are unlimited and grant the rights attached to the delivered formats.
Exclusive licenses
- Exclusive licenses are a direct purchase at the displayed price and include an assignment of the master recording, excluding the underlying composition.
- In addition to the publishing share, the buyer owes 50% of quarterly Net Receipts. Royalty tracking is handled manually outside the store.
Sold beats
- Once a beat is sold exclusively it stays visible, is marked as sold, and can no longer be purchased.
Credit
- Every released track must credit the beat as “Prod. Jyroz”.
Content ID
- Registering a track that uses these beats with Content ID is not permitted unless separately agreed in writing.
Custom beats
- A Custom order carries a flat concept fee in USD, shown at checkout, in addition to the license you choose.
- The brief is validated before any payment.
- First delivery is within 72 hours of a validated brief and confirmed payment.
- Two revisions of the same direction are included, at 48 hours per revision.
- Feedback is grouped within 7 days of each delivery.
- Three Custom orders can run at the same time.
Changes
- Changes to these terms are not applied retroactively.
